We want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not, here’s what you need to know.
✅ 30-day return period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors only (no visible wear).
📬 How to return
Email our customer service to get a return authorization. We will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
💰 Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
⚠️ Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or any items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
🔧 Defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
